Starting your coaching journey is a deeply personal one where you need to feel comfortable and confident in who you are sharing your story with. That’s why before we get into the sessions, we take the time to get to know each other a little and see if it’s a click in a 30-minute discovery call or meeting. During this time, we will determine what you hope to achieve by the end of your coaching journey and how I can help you in that. I will explain to you what you can expect from coaching with me, and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you’d like! Discovery sessions are always free.

In-person sessions are subject to location and availability, please send me an email if you would like more information on that.

Confidentiality is a fundamental principal in coaching; however, under certain conditions, it has its limits. For example, confidentiality may be broken when the coach reasonably believes there is a risk of harm to self or others; there is mention of illegal activity; or when they are required by law.
